If you had a family member who could make them for you it could quite a cost effective wedding favour, but I love what you did with the glass slippers!Isobel Majewskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05490523118220667034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113426900111915378.post-1440040088137854542012-05-22T22:38:44.144+10:002012-05-22T22:38:44.144+10:00Hi jambudu,

I think giving a useful wedding favour (or souvenir) is a great idea! I might have to do some blog posts on the cultures in other countries. There's some very interesting things that they do!

Thanks again,
BelIsobel Majewskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05490523118220667034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113426900111915378.post-60792752415597208662012-05-22T20:29:20.322+10:002012-05-22T20:29:20.322+10:00i love this! in my country (Nigeria), favours are ...i love this! in my country (Nigeria), favours are referred to as "souvenirs", and they usually are useful things. when i saw the cute silver grater, all neatly wrapped up with its sliver bow, i could identify with it immediately as a "souvenir" Nigerians would give out at any event. lol! you'd be amazed what at items that are given out at Nigerian events.jambuduhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01232353920821422548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113426900111915378.post-64188353977782508242012-05-21T03:50:58.900+10:002012-05-21T03:50:58.900+10:00This was really interesting. Could be very expensive though =P
I actually went semi-traditional with my favors. I did 5 white coated almonds wrapped in tulle, but for my little touch, they were placed in a small glass slipper :DChristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08838690892841120322noreply@blogger.com
